Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within the UAE. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free of charge on all orders within the UAE above AED 100
- Small Order Charge: If your order value is below AED 100, a Small Order Charge of AED 20 will apply
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can request an order status update on your order by contacting store@fueluplife.com
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship certain perishable goods to some remote areas. If there are any restrictions on your order, we will notify you at the time of purchase.
Handling Delays
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us at store@fueluplife.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at store@fueluplife.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with our courier.
